NYC BY THE BLOCK: 14TH and 9TH

Meatpacking District New York
New York City’s Meatpacking District is by far one of the most alive areas in the city with the hottest spots. You can eat, shop and drink in just a few blocks and spend the entire day walking around through its cobblestone streets.
Chelsea MarketChelsea Market
Chelsea Market is the perfect place to start the day, an urban food court located in what used to be the National Biscuit Company’s building. The market now has an entrance on both 9th and 10th avenues which allows you to go from one place to another and enjoy the sight of the different stores and restaurants. We especially recommend you stop at The Lobster Place for a quick bite and end at Ronnybrook Diary’s milk bar for dessert.

Kiehl's store, meatpackingKiehl's
Kiehl's Store
Kiehl’s success formula is to stay true to what they are and keep doing what they do best: natural skin and body products. Their store looks like an old apothecary with a twist – we love the motorcycle next to beautiful old apothecary glass bottles! So if you’re in for their products or simply take a look at the store, you can’t be disappointed.
Kiehl’s Meatpacking: 400 West 14th Street
ArhausArhaus
One of those cute stores where you can find anything you want, from big furniture pieces and all those special wares for the home to small items that make great gifts is Arhaus. Whether you’re looking for something or just window shopping, you’re in for a treat.
Arhaus: 410 West 13th Street
To continue the shopping experience, check out Iris, a shoe boutique with the most avant-garde designer shoes.  The space is clean and simple and just the right size to display all those amazing shoes.  Next, stop by Maison Martin Margiela one of our favorite designers. Mix the two and you’ll have the perfect outfit!

The Standard Hotel
Of course you can’t miss the infamous The Standard Hotel, a must place to go. Summer days at LeBain are like no other, but since the chilly weather is here, try the The Boom Boom Room to watch the sunset with the perfect view and cocktail in hand. Don’t miss their design store where you can find all those cool objects and pieces including those collaborations specially crafted for The Standard.
The Shop at The Standard: 848 Washington Street
corsino cantina, new york, meatpacking
There’s so many restaurants in the area, you can basically pick any type of cuisine you feel like and you’ll find it. However, you should try Corsino Cantina, a small Italian restaurant with a rustic-industrial décor and a super relaxed atmosphere. The crostini are a great starter to share with the table before a delicious pasta plate. Make sure to end the meal with one of their Grappa wines!
Corsino Cantina: 637 Hudson Street
Hogs & Heifers Saloon
Seal the day at Hogs & Heifers Saloon for the all-American experience and a must for a cheap drink! A fun and unpretentious environment perfect for grabbing a drink before hitting the club.
Hogs & Heifers Saloon: 859 Washington Street
And last but not least, don’t forget our beautiful Standard Suites located in the heart of the Meatpacking District at West 14th Street. Doesn’t it seem like the perfect place to be?
